In-Care Service

 

This Service is designed for Healthcare Establishments and Clients requiring temporary or permanent staff.

 

CSG are to provide temporary and or permanent agency staff, both qualified nurses and care staff to assist with all of your staffing requirements. This may be to cover maternity, holiday, sickness leave or perhaps your client dependency levels increase and you need further experienced staff at short notice or short term without the need for in-house recruitment.

 

We supply staff to:

  • Nursing Homes

  • Residential Homes

  • Learning Difficulties

  • Mental Health

  • Physical Impairment

  • Challenging Behaviour

  • NHS Trusts

  • Private Hospitals

  • Industry

  • Medical Injury Assessments

Agency members consist of:

​

  • Registered General Nurse

  • Registered Mental Nurse

  • Registered Nurse, Learning Difficulties

  • Senior Care Staff

  • Care & Support Staff, Dip/NVQ II & III

  • Care & Support Staff (min of one year experience)

Our agency members are available from a 4 hour shift to full time hours and are as flexible as your service requires. We listen and understand your needs and just like our members will always prioritise continuity of care and will endeavour to work with clients to provide this service.

Agency members undergo a thorough recruitment process which consists of:

​

  • Face to Face interview

  • Comprehensive application form, including employment history

  • Two professional references including present and previous employers

  • DBS certificates - renewed annually

  • Valid registration with the Nurse & Midwifery Council

  • Skills questionnaire

  • Attendance of all mandatory training which includes Moving & Handling, Health & Safety, Fire Prevention & Evacuation, Safeguarding, Infection Control, Emergency First Aid and Food Hygiene

  • Care Staff also encouraged to attend Dip/NVQ II & III, Learning Disability Qualification and Safe Administration of Medicines.
